What's In Your Cup

Sometimes life gets hectic, and we forget to take care of ourselves. Someone recently shared a post with me from S. Mcnutt. "Fall in love with taking care of yourself. Fall in love with deep healing. Fall in love with becoming the best version of yourself with patience and compassion and respect to your journey." Each day I encourage you to take ten minutes and brew a cup of your favorite tea.

 

Find a quiet place to sit and sip your tea. Take a few cleansing breaths. Be in the moment. Clear your mind of clutter. Smell the rich aroma of the tea. Take another sip and reflect on you in that moment. Taste the flavor of the tea and feel the warmth. Breathe. Life is a journey and sometimes you need to be present to appreciate the moment.
